Due to significant commercial growth within our Power and Energy division, WSP is seeking to enhance the expertise of our Project Management team. We are currently looking for a Resource Planner to join us in our office in Arnhem.
In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company's core values: solidarity, a passion for large-scale and complex projects, and a spirit of innovation and conviviality.
YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?
- Assign engineers and technical staff to projects based on skills, availability, project timelines, and workload.
- Build and maintain short- and long-term resource schedules.
- Flag resource conflicts (e.g., two projects needing the same specialist at once).
- Calculate and report on utilization rates across teams or departments.
- Use resource management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Produce dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Monitor KPIs like utilization, forecast accuracy
WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?
- At least a bachelor's degree
- Demonstrable experience as a Resource Planner or in a similar role.
- Experienced with Primavera is a must.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in Dutch and English

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Telephone interview: We'll start with a telephone interview to get to know you better and discuss your experience.
- HR/Manager Interview: You will meet with our TA team and the department manager to assess your technical and cultural skills.
- Interview with the Business Unit Director: A meeting with the Business Unit Director to discuss your potential role and our strategic vision.
