Due to significant commercial growth in this sector, WSP Netherlands is seeking to enhance the expertise of our Power and Energy  team. We are currently looking for an Junior Project Leader based in Breda

In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company's core values: solidarity, a passion for large-scale and complex projects, and a spirit of innovation and conviviality.

YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?

• Supporting project leaders in the day to day management of the project
• Supporting in drawings and calculations of new piping
• Weekly reviews of the financials, ensuring that the project is due to be completed within budget
• General supporting administrative tasks.
• Supporting in preparation of progress reports for our clients

YOUR TEAM

Working with in a the wider Power and Energy team you will contribute to a diverse and inclusive team who are experts within their field. The team are working on several national and international projects now. There is huge scope for growth within this highly motivated environment.

WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?

• You are a recent graduate with a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering
• You have a strong interest in Cables and Piping
• You aspire to progress and become a Project Leader
• Experience using Auto CAD is required
• Fluency in English, Dutch is Preferred
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
• Strong Excel skills
• A study in piping is also nice to have.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

1. Telephone interview: We'll start with a telephone interview to get to know you better and discuss your experience.
2. HR/Manager Interview: You will meet with our TA team and the department manager to assess your technical and cultural skills.
3. Interview with the Business Unit Director: A meeting with the Business Unit Director to discuss your potential role and our strategic vision.
