Due to significant commercial growth in this sector, WSP is seeking to enhance our expertise in BIM. We are currently looking for a BIM Manager to join us.
In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company's core values: solidarity, a passion for large-scale and complex projects, and a spirit of innovation and conviviality.
YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?
- Develop and implement the BIM strategy in accordance with ISO 19650.
- Coordinate and manage BIM processes and standards.
- Leading the learning and change process within the organization and the construction chain.
- Collaborating with project leaders, BIM Coordinators and supply-chain partners to achieve BIM objectives.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of BIM models and data.
- Training and guiding team members in the use of BIM tools and methodologies.
- Acting as a point of contact for all BIM-related matters within projects.
WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?
- At least a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience as a BIM (Information) Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with ISO 19650 and other relevant BIM standards.
- Experience in working for a contractor or an engineering firm is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Telephone interview: We'll start with a telephone interview to get to know you better and discuss your experience.
- HR/Manager Interview: You will meet with our TA team and the department manager to assess your technical and cultural skills.
- Interview with the Business Unit Director: A meeting with the Business Unit Director to discuss your potential role and our strategic vision.
