Due to significant commercial growth in this sector, WSP Power and Energy is seeking to enhance the expertise of our Cables and Pipelines team. We are currently looking for a GIS Specialist based in Breda.

YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?

• Develop and maintain GIS-databases and spatial data layers for cable and pipeline projects.
• Perform spatial analysis and mapping to support design, planning, and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate GIS data into project designs.
• Produce high-quality maps, reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.

WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, or related field.
• Full fluency in Dutch and English
• Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.).
• Experience in GIS data management, spatial analysis, and design for infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of cables and pipeline industry standards is a plus.
• Team motivated individual with a collaborative mindset.

2. HR/Manager Interview: You will meet with our TA team and the department manager to assess your technical and cultural skills.
3. Interview with the Business Unit Director: A meeting with the Business Unit Director to discuss your potential role and our strategic vision.
