The successful candidate as a Bentley Systems ProjectWise Specialist you will play a crucial role in optimizing project management and data management processes. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Bentley Systems ProjectWise, a comprehensive software solution for managing infrastructure and engineering content throughout the project lifecycle.
You will have a technical experience in the Design, Implementation, Support and Management of Bentley ProjectWise as well as the integration with other associated engineering applications such as OpenBuildings, OpenRoads, OpenRail, MicroStation, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ContextCapture, gINT, LumenRT, PLAXIS etc.
Many of our key projects are hosted in ProjectWise and require complex configuration as well as ongoing maintenance to meet the needs of our varied client base in a fast-paced business. Close collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, joint ventures, and colleagues is therefore essential.
Our infrastructure and network services are provided by a third-party supplier and collaborative problem solving is a must. An understanding of the relationship between application performance and the underlying infrastructure is essential.
The successful candidate should have experience of working in a highly collaborative environment and should feel comfortable engaging with staff at all levels of the business as well as key project personnel externally. A background within an IT Organisation is preferred, although we will consider applications from individuals who have experience in ProjectWise Administration or BIM Management roles.
Candidates will understand formal Incident Management process and delivery to Service Level Agreements. The successful candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator and able to deal with businesses delivering to high-pressure client deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting customer expectations through resolving incidents within Service Level Agreements
- Maintaining ProjectWise Systems – Installations, configuration, and customisation to meet the specific needs of our projects and clients.
- Work with Key Stakeholders to design and implement efficient workflows within ProjectWise, ensuring seamless data and document management.
- User Training and Support to end-users on ProjectWise best practices, tools, and functionalities.
- Assist with Data Governance developing and to enforce data standards, naming conventions, and security protocols to maintain data integrity and compliance with relevant industry standards including ISO19650.
- Integrate ProjectWise with other engineering applications and platforms used across WSP and projects to enhance interoperability and streamline data exchange.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Bentley Applications support and ProjectWise configurations, processes, and user guidelines.
